Work is underway on our 27,000sq.ft flexible office fit-out for Spacemade at 10 Brindleyplace. The space will provide a range of private studios, coworking space, meeting rooms and a generous breakout area with coffee bars and collaboration zones.
In addition, a stylish ground floor café and lounge space is being fitted out, which will be available to all building users, as well as a separate event space for Spacemade members.
Spacemade will occupy first floor at 10 Brindleyplace, where we are currently delivering an ESG-focused £40m back-to-frame redevelopment of the whole building. We are working with Willmott Dixon Interiors to deliver the new facility, on behalf of Spacemade and CBRE Investment Management.
Works are expected to complete in Q2 2023.
