Project Architects

Birmingham Studio  

 

When it comes to our Project Architects we’re looking for: 

  • Minimum of 2 years post-RIBA Qualified Experience
  • Good levels of Revit experience is highly advantageous, however, training will be provided 
  • Proficient in statutory & regulatory requirements  
  • Excellent design sense, organisational and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is useful 
  • Ability to liaise directly with clients in a professional manner 
  • Site experience 
  • Good technical skills (Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential) 
  • A can-do attitude 
  • Great commitment 
  • Excellent communication skills

 

The ideal candidate will have several years UK-based industry experience running jobs across our relevant project sectors with a strong understanding of the UK Building regulations and strong verbal and written communication skills

Architectural Technologists

Birmingham Studio

 

For our Architectural Technologists we’re after:

  • A Degree-level qualified professional 
  • minimum of 2-3 years relevant architectural experience. 
  • Project delivery experience is preferred
  • Very strong Revit capability possessing an extensive portfolio of relevant project experience.
  • Experience of statutory & regulatory requirements 
  • Working towards MCIAT Qualification or already qualified is advantageous 
  • Experience of AutoCAD is desirable.  

RIBA Part II Assistants

Birmingham/Oxford Studios  

 

An applicant for a Part II Assistant needs to have the following: 

  • Revit experience is advantageous, however, training will be provided
  • Knowledge of statutory & regulatory requirements
  • Excellent design sense, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to liaise directly with clients in a professional manner
  • Site experience is highly desirable
  • Good technical skills (Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Experience of Enscape and TwinMotion would be helpful
