Double Recognition for Rising Star Ella Caldicott

We’re delighted to celebrate the success of Ella Caldicott, one of our recently qualified architects, who has been named a finalist in the 2025 Rising Star Award (Midlands) as part of the national Interact Rising Star Awards programme.

Ella earned her place at the national finals after impressing the panel at the Midlands Regional Heats, held in Nottingham. The event was attended by over 200 members and guests and included an afternoon of food, entertainment, and industry networking. Director Alex Paul represented Associated Architects at the celebration.

The national winners will be announced on Thursday 23rd October at the Annual RAC and Rising Star Awards Lunch.

Ella’s recent success doesn’t stop there. She was also on hand to represent the practice as runners up for Willmott Dixon’s Design Partner of the Year 2024, at their Building on Better & SHEQ Awards. Her work on behalf of Associated Architects at Tiffield School and a major ongoing project in Northampton was a key contributor to the recognition.

Congratulations to Ella on this well-earned recognition, we’re proud to see her commitment, skill and professionalism acknowledged across the industry.
