Co-working firm to take sizeable ‘space made’ for 500 people at 10 Brindleyplace

We are pleased to share that our client CBRE Investment Management has partnered with the flexible office firm Spacemade to operate an exciting new facility at 10 Brindleyplace.

Our designs for the fitout of this space will integrate private studios, co-working space for more than 500 people, meeting rooms and podcast facilities, a coffee shop and roastery and a 2,000 sq.ft auditorium and event space into the 27,000 sq.ft floorplate, which is one of the largest available in the city.

Our ‘back to the frame’ scheme for the 10 Brindleyplace building will see the creation of a total of 210,000 sq.ft of Cat A offices with a strong focus on technology, wellness and sustainability. The project is due to complete this summer.
