10 Brindleyplace External Works Complete

We’re pleased to join CBRE in announcing the completion of exterior works at 10 Brindleyplace (10BP). The completion has revealed the stunning new façade on this £40m retrofit transformation of two existing Brindleyplace buildings, numbers 10 and 8.

The former home of RBS will now house 210,000 sq ft of high-quality grade A office space, featuring one of Birmingham’s largest available office floorplates, over 27,000 sq ft.

The façade has been completely redesigned using 245,413 hand-placed, locally sourced bricks from a sustainable quarry.

The new 10BP will feature a double height reception, now accessible from both Oozells Square and Broad Street, and three roof terraces, providing stunning views across the city.

10BP will focus on technology, wellness and sustainability, the scheme will achieve BREEAM Excellent, and will be Birmingham’s first building to receive Fitwel accreditation, a standard measuring occupant health and wellbeing. It will also be WiredScore Platinum certified, in recognition of its excellent digital connectivity including Smart Spaces building technology.
