RIBA Award Winner!

We’re really happy to announce that our design of McIntyre House for University College Birmingham was awarded a West Midlands RIBA Award last night.

The 7,200sq.m new build is the first building in UCB’s masterplan, providing a gateway to the project and will remain in full operation whilst the following phases are constructed. The ground floor includes a 24 hour, 7 days a week open plan student hub which contains a range of formal and informal workspaces for individual and group work, IT spaces and presentation rooms.

The event, held in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter was heavily attended. Director Warren Jukes who collected the award said “its always a fantastic honour to receive an RIBA award and we’re really pleased to be picking up one for McIntyre House.”
