The building houses a new multipurpose sports hall, dance studios, fitness studios and suites, which replace the current provision on campus and provide first class training facilities to over 200 students at a time.

The University said of the building, _‘Taking only a year to deliver, the new Holywell Fitness Centre enhances the high quality student and athletic sports experience at Loughborough.’_
