UKREiiF 2025

We’re excited to announce that two of our Directors—Craig Reed, based in our Leeds office, and Richard Perry from our Birmingham studio—will be attending this year’s UKREiiF (UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum) in Leeds.

As a practice with over 50 years of experience shaping places across the UK, we’re proud to currently be delivering a range of projects on site across Yorkshire, the North of England, the Midlands and beyond. From city-centre regeneration to the development of advanced research and innovation environments, our work is increasingly focused on the future of places and how design can support the changing needs of people, communities, and the planet.

UKREiiF offers a valuable opportunity to engage with others across the built environment sector who are driving forward ambitious, place-based strategies. Whether it’s a conversation about regional investment, the journey to net zero, or unlocking the potential of life sciences and health innovation, we’re keen to connect with those leading change in their regions.

Craig and Richard will be attending throughout the event, meeting with peers, collaborators, and clients to discuss how architecture and design can help bring long-term visions to life. If you’re attending and would like to arrange a time to meet, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We look forward to seeing many of you there.
