Planning Consent Granted

Associated Architects have been granted full planning consent for their application for refurbishment works on an office building in Leeds.

The practice have been commissioned by Evenacre to develop a comprehensive refurbishment of the “6 East Parade”:http://www.www.associated-architects.co.uk/projects/workplace/6-east-parade/ building, formerly known as Barclays House. The six storey office space is situated in the Prime Office Quarter of the city and boasts basement parking. The refurbishment works seeks to pull 45,000 sq.f up to Grade A standard. Through recladding of the principal elevation and removal of the current Mansard roof Associated Architects aim to create an attractive and contemporary reworking of the building.
