Plans for a new office building in Longbridge town centre have been filed with Birmingham City Council. In conjunction with developer St Modwen, With a gross internal floor area of 5,700 square metres, 2 Park Square will be a four-storey office building next to Bournville College that will create office space for 450 people with 125 car parking spaces and storage for 68 bikes.
As the site was originally used as a car manufacturing plant its history will be referenced throughout the building via the potential reuse of factory fittings in the internal fit out of key communal spaces and potentially within the building’s signage packages.
