Here’s a preview of the fit-out Associated Architects have been working on for Evenacre. The “6 East Parade” (or 6 EP*) is a 6 storey building located in the prime office quarter of Leeds city centre.

The works comprise 45,000sq.ft of refurbished office space to Grade A standard and recladding of the principal elevation.

We’re most pleased with how the project has taken shape.
