KESH Academy Official Opening

The “King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy”:http://www.www.associated-architects.co.uk/projects/education/schools/kesha/ was opened last month by Andy Street, Managing Director of John Lewis. Associated Architects delivered the £16.6m academy earlier this year as part of the Birmingham BSF programme. The Academy has specialisms in Science and Performing Arts and supports 1,350 students. As well as spaces which support these specialisms the scheme also includes art and music studios, design and technology workshops, dining hall, oversized sports hall, learning resource centre and a dedicated Sixth Form teaching cluster.
