Birmingham Dogs’ Home on the BBC

Yesterday the Practice received strong public support for it’s new “Birmingham Dogs Home”:http://www.www.associated-architects.co.uk/projects/community/birmingham-dogs-home/ masterplan, which has been submitted for planning.

Members of the public, commenting on the Birmingham Updates Facebook page, said of the project, ‘Fabulous, a much better location for the dogs’ and ‘It looks amazing and has got plenty of room for all those dogs to be walked.’

The project was featured on the BBC website and 95.6 FM BBCWM, with listeners phoning into the latter to talk about their experiences at the previous site.

Architect Jonathan Davey said, _‘It’s brilliant to see people back a project at such an early stage, it fills us with a great deal of confidence moving into the next stages.’_
