Flooding at the Michael Baker Boathouse

The Kings’ School Worcester has recently posted a time lapse video showing how the “Michael Baker Boathouse”:http://www.www.associated-architects.co.uk/projects/education/independent/the-michael-baker-boathouse/, which sits on the banks of the River Severn, fared during the recent flooding. The clever design of the RIBA Award winner allows for flooding to occur without any damage being sustained by the building.
