Centre City Redevelopments

Earlier this week the Birmingham Post covered the practice’s continuing redevelopment of the Centre City tower, currently owned by Bruntwood. The refurbishment of the ground floor unit will open the space to be used as a shop or office space and aim to create a more inviting façade for the building. The new unit will expect to receive a heavy footfall once the redevelopments at New Street Station are complete.

Associated Architects completed the refurbishment of the “main reception”:http://www.www.associated-architects.co.uk/projects/workplace/centre-city/ area earlier this year.
