Royal Holloway Library

The new library at Royal Holloway aims to stretch the perceptions of what a library can be and do. Mixing multiple styles of study area and 21st century technology to create a space that is inspiring and nurturing. In this short video the many parties involved in the project discuss the many positive implications the new library will have. Associated Architects Director, Warren Jukes, talks about the impact the building will have on learning.

Currently the University are allowing people to ‘buy a brick’ in the new pathway that will link the new library to the historic Founders building. There are 2000 English Heritage approved bricks for sale, each brick will bear the name or message of the buyer.
