Planning consent has been received for the University of Leicester’s new “Medical Teaching Building”:http://www.www.associated-architects.co.uk/projects/education/universities/medical-teaching-building/. The new 13,000sq.m building will accommodate teaching, lecture and offices for research and medical academia and is designed to Passivhaus standards. The £30m project is programmed to complete in September 2015.
