Ella Caldicott Wins Interact National Rising Star Award

Huge congratulations to Ella in our Leeds studio who has been named the winner of the Interact National Rising Star Award. The ceremony took place yesterday at the Royal Automobile Club in London, where finalists from across the country gathered to celebrate exceptional young talent within the construction industry.

Ella secured her place at the national finals after winning the Regional Awards in July. The Interact Rising Star Award recognises applicants aged 35 and under who demonstrate expertise, innovation, consideration for others and an outstanding contribution to their profession or trade. Entrants must be nominated through an Interact branch, making the accolade a significant achievement within the sector.

Ella’s commitment to high quality design, collaboration and professional development shone through at every stage of the judging process. Her success is a testament to her hard work, skill and the positive impact she continues to have on the projects and teams she supports.

Massive well done Ella. We are incredibly proud of you.
