Leeds awards win!

We are thrilled that last night saw our Nexus project at the University of Leeds scoop the Insider Yorkshire Property Awards accolade of Design Excellence.

The university’s £40 million project is forum for academic and business brains to stimulate the development of research and innovation initiatives – an ‘incubation’ hub for technology-led collaborative partnerships developing world-class ideas born on the campus.

It boasts an EPC rating of A and BREEAM Excellent. A big thank you goes out to our progressive client, the University of Leeds, and other team members! Well done all!
