Centre City BCO Award win

We are very pleased to announce that Centre City received a 2017 BCO West Midlands Award last week for the the ‘Best Commercial Workplace.’ The project for Bruntwood sees many upgrades and refurbishments to the existing office block.

The judging panel said the 1975 building had been brought back to life by the renovation and maximised commercial appeal with typical rental increases of 160% since the redevelopment.

The annual BCO Awards programme recognises the highest-quality developments in the UK office sector.

Chairman of the judging panel Matt Viall said:

“The impressively high calibre of entries for this year’s awards in the Midlands and central England has made the task of the judging panel stimulating and challenging in equal measure.

The projects continue to surpass the BCO’s benchmark for excellence in the office sector and it is particularly pleasing that great projects are being delivered in every part of the region and are also being recognised nationally.”
