Two AA-Projects Shortlisted in Three Categories for Insider Property Awards 2023

We’re please to see two Associated Architects projects from different sectors make the shortlist in this years West Midlands Insider Property Awards.

10 Brindleyplace makes the cut for both Fit-out/Refurbishment of the Year as well as the Sustainability Award and Waters Corporation Scientific Precision Engineering Centre is up for the Commerical Development of the Year category. 

The Longbridge-based Waters Centre is a large facility for a precision instrumentation manufacturer, including spaces to ISO8 Clean Room standard within St Modwen’s major redevelopment masterplan of the area, it is 45,000sq.ft expandable to 60,000 and designed for 24/7 use.

10 Brindleyplace saw the creation of Birmingham’s largest available commercial floorplate in the 212,000sq.ft building that combined 10 and 8 Brindleyplace into one building. It was Birmingham’s largest retrofit project. It has received multiple accreditiaios including FITWEL 2 star, WiredScore Platinum and BREEAM Excellent.
