Vincente Prescott

Position: Senior Associate

Vincente joined Associated Architects in 2026, he studied at Oxford Brookes University, completing RIBA Part I, Part II with Merit and Part III, and is registered with the ARB. With over 20 years’ of experience across residential, workplace, industrial, retail, hospitality, leisure, and mixed-use projects. His work has ranged from intital feasibility studies and concept design through planning, tender information, technical coordination and construction-stage support.
Prior to joining Associated Architects, Vincente held senior design and practice leadership roles, leading feasibility, planning and design coordination for Paragraph 84(e) homes, heritage-led residential regeneration, industrial expansion and stadium masterplanning. He is an experienced 3D designer and visual communicator with a strong interest in using digital tools to support clear stakeholder engagement, client understanding and design decision-making.
He has worked on education and research-sector projects, including live University refurbishment and early-stage feasibility review work. His experience includes the Manor Road Library reception fit-out for the University of Oxford, where he supported Stage 4 tender and post-tender coordination, technical clarifications, specialist design interfaces and the coordination of furniture, finishes, access control, book detection, acoustic panelling, MEP and fire strategy items within an occupied academic building.
