Hannah Perry

Position: Senior Associate

Hannah joined Associated Architects in 2024 as a Senior Architect, bringing with her almost 20 years’ experience as a qualified architect. She became Senior Associate in 2026.

She completed her architectural education at the University of Sheffield, and has spent her career working in the transportation (rail, coach and bus). education (nursery and further education). community, and conservation sectors, as well as domestic extension work.

Hannah is a highly skilled architect and project lead, adept at leading multi-disciplinary project teams and projects across all RIBA stages.

She is currently involved in projects for Bruntwood SciTech and the University of Oxford.

Experience

Enterprise Wharf Office Fit Out
High-end fit out and interior design for Bruntwood for AA-designed offices, to include offices, extended amenity provision and suites. The building will offer contemporary, flexible office space with a roof garden for technology-focussed tenants, set within our Birmingham Knowledge Quarter Masterplan for Bruntwood and BCC.

Walsall Connected Gateway, Walsall
A critical project in the revival and growth of Walsall Town Centre, the Connected Gateway will transform the rail station as well as modernising and re-purposing existing retail floorspace in the attached Saddler Centre that will provide a more balanced and attractive town centre offer which meets the needs of the retail and leisure market.

University of Oxford Medical Sciences Division Space Planning
Study of the division’s administrative staff which are currently split over a number of sites. The review analysed how to make best use of existing space to enable functions to operate as efficiently as possible and what changes may need to be made, and made a series of proposals and recommendations.
