50 Severn Street submitted for planning

We have submitted a planning application on behalf of Prosperity Developments for a new residential building in Birmingham city centre.

The proposed scheme will deliver 30 high-quality new homes over ten storeys, plus a commercial / office unit at ground floor facing Severn Street. It will bring forward the redevelopment of a challenging brownfield site in a prominent location adjacent to the Mailbox.
