										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sean originally joined Associated Architects in 2017 after completing his Part II and III qualifications at Birmingham City University’s Birmingham School of Architecture and Design. He remained with the practice until 2021, gaining valuable experience, before spending several years at another practice. He returned to Associated Architects in 2025 as an Associate.</p>
<p>As an Associate, Sean works across a range of sectors with a strong focus on education. A key aspect of his role involves close collaboration with clients and the wider project team to identify and develop collective aspirations from the earliest stages of a project. He has extensive experience engaging in diverse stakeholder and user groups fostering meaningful engagement to ensure the diverse needs are clearly understood and integrated into the design process. Sean has delivered a wide range of both new-build and refurbishment projects. His portfolio also includes large new-build primary and secondary schools, alternative provision settings, and further education colleges.</p>

<p>Dominic completed his Part II qualification at the Leeds School of Architecture, having completed his Part I at Liverpool John Moores University. He completed his Part III qualification with RIBA North West to qualify as an architect.</p>
<p>He is an award-winning, job-running project architect with experience in the commercial, higher education, education and workplace sectors. He has a passion for creating vibrant and contemporary spaces to enhance mental health and wellbeing. As a project architect, he has worked across all work stages producing initial feasibility studies, concept designs, competition bids, planning applications, delivery of tender packages and construction information.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rhys joined Associated Architects in 2023 and was promoted to Associate in 2025. He undertook his Part I and II at the Newcastle University School of Architecture, before completing his Part III qualification with RIBA North West.</p>
<p>He brings with him over five years of post-qualification experience in a variety of sectors, including education, residential, mixed use, commercial, heritage, and retail projects. His work spans all RIBA stages and incorporates both new build and refurbishment projects.</p>
<p>Rhys has a particular interest in sustainability (he qualified as a Passivhaus consultant in 2021) and has a further interest in BIM Management and Coordination, having been heavily involved in the introduction and implementation of BIM in previous practices.</p>
<p>At Associated Architects he is currently leading the University of Leeds Faculty of Medicine and Health and Faculty of Biological Sciences Masterplan project for the faculties of Biological Sciences at Main Campus and Medicine and Health at St James University Hospital to develop inter-faculty research collaboration and consolidation of teaching. He is also involved in a new flagship building for Northumbria University.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pavinder joined Associated Architects in 2022 as an Architect and was promoted to Associate in 2025. <p>As part of Warren Jukes’ team, he is part of the team that delivered the first phase of the Molecular Sciences scheme for the University of Birmingham, and is currently supporting the design development of their new Life and Health Sciences Hub and new student precinct.</p>
<p>He has considerable experience across all RIBA stages in the residential, student residential, commercial and heritage sectors which he gained at previous practices.</p>
<p>Pav acts as a RIBA Mentor, supporting students from Loughborough University on their architectural education journey.</p>
<p>As an active member of the Practice’s INNOVATE Working Group, he plays an important role in the development and implementation of digital tools to support both project delivery and business operations at Associated Architects.</p>
